Pop-a-Point Pencils

I remember these were quite popular at my elementary school, there were a lot of designs to choose, from cute cartoon animals, dinosaurs, glitter, stars, robots and outer space, motorcycles and racing cars, sea life, jungle and much much more.

I went to great lengths trying not to lose the spare tips, and they wore down too fast!. Whenever one of my pencils was finished, I would take the ink refill of a common ballpoint pen and glue it into the hollow body of those pencils, so I would get more unique writing instrument. I still have some of those in my trunk (both as pencils and customs), though I no longer use them since I moved to mechanical pencils and gel pens.
