Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Teenage Mutant Ninja TurtlesOnce again, being a girl growing up in the 80s and 90s, I was deprived of having all the cool toys the boys got to have. Luckily for me, I was a tomboy and had a lot of friends who were boys, equally as much as I was friends with girls. One of my best friends was a boy, Ryan. He had soooooo many cool toys, and many of them were the Ninja Turtles action figures! So we always hung out in his backyard playing with these action figures & eating Oreo cookies and Marshmallow Ice Cream Cones that his mom always gave us. We also went to the park where there was this long cut-squared metal tube that went around a hop-skotch slab of cement ground, that would be used as the Turtle's "sewer" even though they couldn't fit. I also remember getting green ooze candy with Ryan and it turned into gum the more you kept chewing on it, but we used that green ooze to "ooze" the Turtles, sometimes "oozing out of our mouths". Damn we were gross little monsters LOL It was just good fun times!Now that I'm all grown up, I have a ton of Turtle figurines of my own. I only display my favorite Turtle, Michelangelo, on my shelf, but I have a bunch more in big plastic containers. My head would spin if I listed them all! Gold Stars: 2 GOLD STARS:RELATED ITEMS: |
