Billy Blastoff

I had the "scuba" type Billy Blastoff. I know, how could he blast off from under water? Anyway, there really was a scuba Billy and he had a strap on oxygen tank that you would put a AA battery in and it had a propeller on the end so that he would go zooming across the bathtub.
