Going to Ireland
Posted: Mon Jul 27, 2009 8:30 pm Central Time
This Friday my family and I are flying to Ireland for a two week vacation. I'm so excited! I've never been out of the country before! _________________ Oh Gloria, with hair like granite. |

I've been to Hawai'i multiple times, mostly for Boy Scouts. It's been awhile since I've flown, however, so I'm especially excited. _________________ Oh Gloria, with hair like granite. |

The trip was great. I got to see more than I would've expected, and I probably saw less than a percent of what Ireland has to offer. I'd definitely go back. _________________ Oh Gloria, with hair like granite. |

FAVORITE PARTS
Tullaroan- we got to learn about hurling, the most popular sport in Ireland. It resembles a rougher variant of LaCrosse.
Newgrange- a very ancient burial tomb predating even the Pyramids.
Dublin Spire- a spire 130 yards tall. From the ground, you can't even see the top.
Ring of Kerry- a very scenic, albeit very long, drive through the Irish countryside. _________________ Oh Gloria, with hair like granite. |
