Mick Jagger - "Let's Work"


Mick espouses conservative values in this fun pop song from the 80s.  Rush Limbaugh would be proud.

Isn't it funny how carefee and silly he is in a lot of his non-Stones music videos?  Another great example is his super-gay video of "Dancing in the Street" with David Bowie.

The 'Dancing in the Street' video is pretty embarrassing for no other reason than the clothes.



The 80s was a decade in which good bands and musicians felt the need to alter their look and sound in order to appeal to the MTV audience. It's too bad, because a lot of good songs were ruined by bad production. I'd love to see some of these artists redo their 80s catalogue with a more timeless sound.
